TD Bank N.V. was a Netherlands-based subsidiary of Toronto-Dominion Bank. TD Bank N.V. was established in 1992 and was providing investment banking and retail banking solutions. In June 2020, TD N.V., formerly known as TD Bank N.V., announced it was closing its bank operating in the Netherlands. In October 2020, TD N.V. transferred all unclaimed customer funds to the Consignment Fund (consignatiekas) maintained by the Dutch Ministry of Finance (Ministerie van Financiën).
